Changes to Personal protective equipment (PPE) at work regulations from 6 April 2022

From 6 April, the regulations surrounding an employer’s responsibility for Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) are changing. These PPE

changes increase your responsibilities when it comes to protecting all those that work for you.

Your duty to provide PPE will be extended to include employees and workers who may only have a more casual employment relationship with your business.
