I’ve worked in the insurance industry for many years and became part of Rigby Financial when they acquired the Southport brokerage where I was based – which is now the office I continue to work from.
Part-time, my days focus on handling new quotations, managing renewals for personal lines, and making policy adjustments to ensure every client has the best possible cover for their needs.
On days off…
I’m usually found with family and friends, or on the road to mid-Wales to visit my mum.
If I wasn’t an insurance broker…
In another life, I might have been an occupational therapist, as I think supporting people’s independence is hugely important.
That said, I’m fluent in Welsh, so maybe I could put my skills to good use and be in charge of subtitles for Pobol y Cwm, Wales’s longest running TV soap – it would make my mum proud!
